Troop News and Up Coming Events
1. Merit Badge Day is Saturday, February 25. We will depart for Seymour at 7:30 am and arrive back at the church around 5:00 pm.
2. Family members are encouraged to attend the Court of Honor at 7 pm on Monday, March 12 where we will recognize the many achievements of our scouts.
3. The troop has again agreed to help serve hot meals at Asbury United Methodist on Tuesday, Mar 13. We need both adult and scout volunteers to arrive at Asbury immediately after school so they may prepare, serve and clean up after the hot meal. Scouts are required to wear their Class A uniforms and will, of course, earn community service hours.
4. The New Scout Campout will be held Friday, March 30 through Sunday, April 1, and centers around having the more experienced scouts teach essential skills to the new troop members.
