After finally seeing the infant Christ child in the temple, Simeon is able to retire. But that doesn’t mean Simeon’s life is over. In fact, quite the opposite! There were many opportunities available to Simeon in retirement.
 
Just as Simeon had likely planned ahead for his life after the honor of witnessing the Christ child first-hand, so we, too, should be planning ahead for what we will do after pandemic restrictions are lifted. Opportunities abound!
